PricePush is a service operated by Selanto Apps, a sole proprietorship of Antonio Cappiello, established under the laws of the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 75803097, with its registered office at:

In these Terms, "PricePush", "Selanto Apps", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Selanto Apps operating the PricePush service.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Selanto Apps / PricePush ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the PricePush service, website and platform located at pricepush.app (the "Service").

The Service is intended primarily for use by businesses and professionals, such as app developers, studios and agencies. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are using the Service in the course of your trade, business, craft or profession. If you are a consumer under applicable law, certain mandatory consumer rights may apply to you and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email and/or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

PricePush is a software-as-a-service platform that provides automated pricing tools for mobile applications distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play Store. The Service may include, among other things:

  • Automated calculation of localized prices based on Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) and currency conversion
  • Integration with App Store Connect and Google Play Console APIs
  • Price management and update capabilities for in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Custom rounding rules and tier multiplier configurations
  • Price history tracking and related analytics or reporting

Important: PricePush is a tool that assists with price calculations and updates. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving and verifying all prices before they are published to app stores. PricePush does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of calculated prices for your specific use case, products, markets or legal requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

You may not share your account credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all actions taken using your account, whether authorized by you or not. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Store Account Integration

The Service may require you to connect your App Store Connect and/or Google Play Console accounts. By connecting these accounts, you:

  • Grant PricePush permission to access your store account data via APIs
  • Authorize PricePush to read product information, current prices and update prices on your behalf
  • Represent that you have the legal authority to grant such permissions
  • Understand that PricePush stores credentials and/or access tokens necessary for API access in an encrypted form

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid and active developer accounts with Apple and/or Google
  • Ensuring your store account credentials and permissions are accurate and up-to-date
  • Reviewing all price changes before they are applied to your store listings
  • Complying with all terms, conditions, policies and guidelines of Apple and Google regarding their respective stores and APIs
  • Any consequences resulting from price updates or other actions made through or via the Service using your accounts

PricePush is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. PricePush is an independent third-party service. Any issues with store policies, API access, store account suspension or enforcement actions are your sole responsibility.

PricePush does not provide legal, tax or compliance advice regarding the requirements of Apple, Google or any app store. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any resulting price changes comply with applicable laws, regulations and store policies.

5. Pricing Calculations and Disclaimers

PricePush uses proprietary algorithms based on Purchasing Power Parity (PPP), currency exchange rates and country-specific rounding rules to calculate suggested prices. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All price calculations are suggestions and estimates, not guarantees
  • Exchange rates are obtained from third-party sources and may not reflect real-time market rates
  • PPP data and multipliers are based on general economic indicators and may not be suitable for all products, markets or price points
  • You must independently verify all calculated prices before applying them to your store listings
  • PricePush is not responsible for any financial losses, reduced revenue, conversion changes or other consequences resulting from prices calculated or updated through the Service

No Warranty

PricePush provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy of pricing calculations.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

PricePush may offer different plans, such as:

  • Starter Plan: Free tier with limited features and usage quotas
  • Indie Plan: Monthly or annual subscription with expanded features
  • Pro Plan: Monthly or annual subscription with full feature access
  • Lifetime Plans: One-time payment plans with lifetime access (subject to availability and these Terms)

Plan features, pricing and limits are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any plan at any time. Changes to active subscriptions will be communicated with reasonable notice when required.

Unless otherwise stated, any prices displayed on the website are exclusive of any applicable VAT, sales tax or similar charges. The final amount payable, including any taxes, will be shown during checkout.

6.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • Authorize automatic recurring billing for subscription plans where applicable
  • Understand that fees are charged in advance for the relevant billing period

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors or merchants of record (such as Lemon Squeezy or similar). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

6.3 Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans provide access to PricePush for the operational lifetime of the Service, subject to the following conditions:

  • "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the PricePush Service, not your personal lifetime
  • Lifetime access continues for as long as we make the Service generally commercially available
  • Lifetime access is tied to the specific plan tier purchased (e.g. Indie Lifetime or Pro Lifetime)
  • We may stop offering new lifetime plans at any time, but this will not affect existing lifetime plan holders
  • Lifetime plans may be subject to reasonable fair-use limits (for example, limits on number of apps, SKUs or API calls) to protect the stability of the Service
  • If the Service is permanently discontinued, lifetime plan holders are not entitled to refunds

Lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your paid period.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in cases such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service for an extended period
  • Billing errors made by PricePush or by our payment processor
  • Situations where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws

Lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
  • Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, algorithms, code and design, is owned by Selanto Apps and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or professional purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:

  • Any right to resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service
  • Any right to access source code or underlying algorithms
  • Any right to create derivative works based on the Service
  • Any right to use PricePush's trademarks, logos or branding without our prior written permission

You retain all rights to your own content, data and store listings. By using the Service, you grant PricePush a limited license to access, process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

9. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive credentials and API keys
  • Secure data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
  • Regular security updates
  • Access controls and authentication requirements

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

Third-Party Services and Data Processing

The Service integrates with third-party services (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors and analytics providers). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. PricePush is not responsible for the privacy, security or data practices of third-party services.

To the extent we process personal data on your behalf as a processor under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such processing will be governed by a separate data processing agreement (Verwerkersovereenkomst), which forms part of this Agreement where applicable.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation. The Service may be unavailable or degraded due to, for example:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues or failures
  • Outages or issues at third-party providers (Apple, Google, payment processors, hosting providers, etc.)
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
  • Change features, functionality or pricing with reasonable notice where required
  • Impose usage limits or rate limiting
  • Block, restrict or terminate access to the Service for any reason

We are not liable for any damages resulting from unavailability, modifications, suspension or discontinuation of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to section 11 below.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PricePush (Selanto Apps) and its owner, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities
  • Financial losses resulting from price calculations or updates
  • Damages resulting from store account issues, API failures or third-party outages
  • Costs of substitute services
  • Any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

Subject to the paragraph below, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms shall be limited to the total amount you have paid to PricePush for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for intent ("opzet") or wilful recklessness ("bewuste roekeloosheid").

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Selanto Apps / PricePush and its owner, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
  • Any price updates or changes made through the Service
  • Your connection of store accounts and authorization of API access
  • Any content, data or information you provide through the Service

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal or harmful activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended period of account inactivity
  • At our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds (except as required by law)
  • We may delete your account data and stored information, subject to any legal retention obligations
  • All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnity

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if desired, contacting us to request account deletion.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at contact@selantoapps.com and provide a brief written description of the dispute and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.

14.3 Jurisdiction

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and PricePush regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer or delegate these Terms or your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, or our rights and obligations under them, in whole or in part, without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages or actions by third parties.

15.6 Language

These Terms are drawn up in the English language. If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

17. Acknowledgment

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms are effective as of the date you first access or use the Service and will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with these Terms.
